While browsing Delta’s site looking at the other Delta SkyMiles deals, I stumbled upon the “SkyMiles 25th Anniversary” Sweepstakes which has apparently been going on for a while now. Between now and the end of the year, every time you earn 1000 SkyMiles, you’ll earn an entry into a sweepstakes to win one of 25 Saturn SKY Roadsters (MSRP-$23,690 each prize). Winners can also opt to receive $15,000 in cash instead of the car.

Delta Business SkyMiles: Double Miles June Through August 2006

The folks in charge of marketing the SkyMiles cards have sure been busy lately. Other recent offers include a 5,000 mile rewenal bonus and a 25,000 bonus miles signup promotion. The latest offer, as spotted by FW, is double miles on all eligible purchases between June and August for Delta Business SkyMiles cardmembers:

Note that the link somehow is connected to the old 20% bonus offer, either you could wait until they update the link or you could call them to enroll.

Chase Freedom Card: Up to $25 Bonus For Existing Cardmembers

FW is reporting that Chase Freedom card holders can earn up to $25:

  • $5 for switching to paperless statements
  • $5 for adding a cardmember
  • $5 for adding 1 or more company for periodic bill pay
  • An additional $10 bonus for doing all of the above.

This offer may be targetted, so it’s unclear whether you need to specifically sign up for the promotion to be eligible. If you didn’t receive a flyer in the mail about this offer, it would probably be advisable to clear this up with a CSR first.

Delta Amex 5,000 SkyMile Bonus

This thread at FT points out an offer targeted at existing Delta Amex cardholders. Simply sign up for the promo by June 30, 2006 and receive a 5000 mile bonus:

I recommend only signing up for the 53 or 57 offer (identical), or you may not get anything. Note that the T&C do state that it is a targeted promotion, although I remember reading that the last time this promotion was offered, anyone was able to sign up and it did not actually require you to renew your Amex and did NOT charge an annual fee immediately.

Amex Wish List Returns June 6

Designed as a customer appreciation promotion, My WishList from American Express offers limited quantities of popular products at significant discounts to Amex cardholders.

As an example, in the last WishList promotion held in November-December, some of the prizes available were 37″ Panasonic Plasma TVs for $750, Microsoft Xbox 360s for $150, Range Rovers for $5000 and a luxury Hawaiian vacation (retail value: $35,000) for $2,000. Needless to say, since the quantities of these items are extremely limited, competition is fierce. At this time, the list of products to be sold in this iteration of the promotion is unavailable.
