This offer is valid for balances transferred from other card issuer accounts requested during the promotional period and excludes balance transfers using convenience checks, as well as the Navy Federal Business and Home Equity Line Platinum credit cards. In addition, you must have been targeted for this promotion to take advantage of it.

This promotion comes on the heels of Navy FCU’s earlier announcement that it had eliminated all foreign transaction fees from its credit cards.
