Chase Freedom – $300 Signup Bonus
There’s now a publicly available promo for the Chase Freedom card offering $300 in bonus cash back after spending just $500 within your first 3 months of opening a new account.
Aside from the initial signup bonus, the card’s other benefits are what you would expect from a Chase Freedom credit card. You’ll earn 5% cash back on up to $1,500 spent in bonus categories that rotate every quarter and 1% cash back on everything else. There is no annual fee.

Note: As is often the case with Chase, if you recently applied for a Freedom card with a less lucrative bonus, you can ask Chase to match this offer. The best way to do this is to log into your account online and send a secure message to customer service. Tell them that you saw an offer with a $300 bonus and ask politely if it can be matched. Assuming you haven’t had the card for too long (the guideline appears to be within 90 days of your account open date), they’ll usually credit you the difference.
I need a new credit card, and after reading about the Chase Freedom Card, it appears just the one to get. Thanks for the heads up.
Can you please send a paper application to my home address? I hesitate placing my SSN on the internet. I would like the Chase Freedom – with the $300 signup bonus. Thank you !
I have this card. I’ve had fraudulent charges on this account twice in the last sixth months. In the most recent instance I called a week ago when I received a notification that there had been questionable activity. I was told there was no issue with my account. Someone proceeded to charge my account from all over the country all week long. The last time this happened Chase sent me three different letters telling me they were reversing fraudulent charges that were not fraudulent. Terrible customer service. Terrible security. The good cash awards don’t make it worth it.
