Bank of America Balance Transfer Offers: 0% APR for 15 Months
It’s a rare thing these days when a credit card issuer actually improves one of its balance transfer offers. So, it came as a bit of a surprise to see that Bank of America has just increased the intro period on balance transfers for several of its cards.
Previously, these cards had offered initial balance transfers of 0% for 12 months. Now, each of the following cards boast an excellent intro 0% for 15 months on balance transfers:
- Bank of America® WorldPoints® Platinum Plus® MasterCard® Credit Card
- Bank of America® Accelerated Cash Rewards™ American Express® Card
- Bank of America® Visa Signature® Credit Card with WorldPoints® Rewards: In addition, this card has also added a $25 signup bonus
- Bank of America® Cash Rewards Platinum Plus® MasterCard® Credit Card
Yes Ofcourse, during this period of recession, its a surprise to see that BOA is adopting such methods. May be they want to catch more customers to sustain their business.
Thanks,

Is there are balance transfer fee associated with these cards i.e. the usual 3% or $99 maximum? Thanks.
There is indeed a 3% balance transfer fee with no max for these offers.
I am looking to open a business card for my company of 13 years. I will also need to do a balance tranfer..
They don’t cap that fee at the usual $99; however, if you call them about it, they will give you 1/2 off.
I made a $10,000 transfer, and paid a fee of $150. Not quite the $99, but better than $300.
I need to tranfer my Chase balance, what will the APR be after 15 months?
